About Me

I'm a Toronto-based 2D animator specializing in rigged animation, though I enjoy hand-drawn animation as well. In one of my latest roles, I pulled double duty as character designer and animator on the feature film," The Christmas Witch Trial of La Befana" based on an Italian folk tale.

Over the span of a just a few months, I churned out a village of 20+ characters. Wearing two hats gave me the unique opportunity to bridge the gap between design and animation. Ensuring each character not only looked their best but moved effectively made me both a better designer and animator.

In addition to "La Befana," I've had the privilege of working on a number of indie shorts and an award-winning music video ("Next Life" by Featurette). Prior to joining the world of animation, I worked in broadcast journalism for 10 years. I spent most of those years as a producer at Global News with a hand in every stage of the newsgathering process.

I loved the visual storytelling of broadcast journalism, but the artist in me needed a more creative outlet. In 2023, I graduated from Seneca College's 2D Animation program. Now I bring the best of both worlds to my storytelling -- the technical skills of an animator plus the high-stakes project management of a journalist. I look forward to bringing more stories to life!
